1. Take I-95 South into Delaware to exit marked 141 North Newport (Exit 5B).
   Stay on 141 North, which will turn into a residential 4-lane highway.

3. Principal Trust Company is located in the first building on the left. The street address is 1013 Centre Road.
4. Parking is in the front of the building. The main entrance leads you into the lobby area. Proceed to the 3rd floor.

Directions from Pennsylvania

1. Take 202 South into Delaware.
2. Make a right onto 141 South at the light past Zeneca Pharmaceuticals.
3. Follow 141 South (you must make a right at the DuPont Experimental Station to stay on 141 heading south).
4. Follow 141 up to the intersection of Route 48 (Lancaster Pike).
5. Cross over Route 48 and proceed to next light.
